Per the rules of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Physical Therapists are not allowed to Opt-Out as Medicare Providers, therefore, I am unable to provide my cash-pay services to Medicare Enrollees. I am more than happy to direct you to appropriate facilities to provide you with high-quality care to address your rehabilitation needs.
