About

Michelle Klaren Physical Therapy was born out of the desire to return the quality to "Quality of Life" for our patients. Corporate, insurance-driven care models prioritize patient quantity over the quality of care PTs can provide in a traditional clinic setting. We are disrupting that model with care focused on one patient at a time. Dr. Klaren brings over 20 years of manual therapy experience and expertise in Orthopedic Physical Therapy right to your doorstep.

MEET YOUR THERAPIST

Dr. Michelle Klaren is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist Physical Therapist with a passion for treating posture-related spine and sports-related injuries. Since 2010 Dr. Klaren has built a strong following in the San Diego community based on her manual therapy expertise, and knowledge for musculoskeletal injuries and recovery. She has a passion for helping busy professionals and adolescent athletes fix the underlying issues preventing them from achieving their goals.

Dr. Klaren is a self-proclaimed mediocre athlete with participation trophies in soccer, basketball, swimming, Track & Field, Cross-Country, cheerleading, tennis, and DIII Collegiate Rowing. Patient Feedback

"I have worked Michelle to address several running related injuries over the years. She is simply the best! Knowledgeable, encouraging and straight to the point in what and how to alleviate pain, work to improve mobility and avoid future repeat issues. I am a lifelong runner and recently received a diagnosis that I thought meant the end of my running career. Not true! Michelle provided a different perspective, as well as exercises and stretches to get me back out there. I trust Michelle’s guidance and have taken 2 of my children to see her after sports related injuries. In one example, Michelle provided a diagnosis I was able to take to an orthopedic doctor, resulting in an MRI and surgery (and a return to sports playtime after PT). I highly recommend Michelle to anyone needing PT support."
